Peter was a great help in the start to our search for a summer property in the south of Spain. He stood in at relatively short notice and showed us several properties on the Wednesday and then again on the Friday. I think we were able to see around 10 properties in the two days. I found Peter to be very well-informed about the property market in the Costa del Sol area, very professional in his approach, patient, friendly and above all, not at all 'pushy' in his dealings with us. We came away with a much clearer idea about the kind of property and area that we would like and spoke to Peter about the possibility of returning to the area for a much longer stay - probably a complete month later on in the year - to concentrate on finding our holiday home. I would be very pleased to count on the help of Peter when we return as we now know exactly the area we want in the Costa del Sol after advice given and areas we visited with Peter.

I have to say that this Property trip was of high professionalism and with excellent advice, consultation and of a very personable nature with me. No stone left unturned. I wanted an Apartment to live in around the Estepona/San Pedro de Alcantara area of the Costa del Sol. I was taken out twice over 2 different days after I sat with Peter and he showed me everything that was available in these areas on the Special Property Portal. I was given all advice on the buying process in Spain and what all the fees are for Lawyers, Notary, Vat, Registration, NIE, Mortgage etc. I ended up purchasing an Estepona frontline seaview beautiful apartment with rooftop affinity pool and amazing sea views and could see Gibraltar and Morocco from my terrace. The stuff of dreams. He even sorted out a Hotub for my terrace! Excellent service from start to finish and I would highly recommend this man for your property hunting. I was very comfortable all the time and he was so easy to get along with. The care and personal attention is second to none. It is very hard to find all these qualities in an Estate Agent and I found it here! Do not hesitate to find your property with this man as he also has access to all properties up and down the coast as can collaborate with other agencies, developers & promoters.
